1. Order Cancellation

1.3 Customized products are not eligible for cancellations post 24 hours.
1.4 Products ordered in Clearance sale are not eligible for cancellation.
1.5 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our return policy (Section 2) to initiate a return and request a refund.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility: We accept returns on eligible items within 2-3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached in the same package within 7 days. Returns beyond 7 days are not eligible.
2.2 It’s mandatory to report the issue within 48 hrs to the Customer Care team (customercare@mubarkaanstore.us) by uploading the images/pictures of the product you wish to return showing clearly the problem area
2.3 Orders for fabrics are not eligible for returns as per our returns policy, since fabrics are cut based on the customer’s request and hence cannot be returned unless a different fabric or a damaged fabric was sent.
2.4 In case of returns due to the customer’s change of mind, we shall retain handling & processing charges, which includes the shipping charges of the product & customization charges if any.
2.5 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +1 917 939 9852 or customercare@mubarkaanstore.us). You will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping address.
2.6 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
2.7 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 12-14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.8 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized may not be eligible for returns.
3. Refund Exceptions
3.1 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. It may take additional processing time before your refund is officially posted.
3.2 Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
